Alacrity's staff is capable of doing large property clear outs, clean outs, and junk or donation removal in the case that a property is not suitable for a onsite estate sale. Clients can choose to have Alacrity donate items to local charities or dispose of the non-sellable property as seen appropriately. Our staff can responsibly manage projects like the removal of a large amount of personal items or the recycling of a large scrap metal collection.
Alacrity can oversee the removal of unsold items that are left over after an estate or moving sale or in the case that the items are usable and an estate sale is not possible. Alacrity can also facilitate the removal if a donation or local charity is unable to pick the items up.
Some properties are full of things that can not or should not be sold or donated. In this case, most of our clients choose to have the items removed and taken to a landfill or other refuse disposal facility.
The cost of most junk removal or donation removal services is determined by a few factors. Each project is evaluated and estimated depending on the quantity, type of item, weight, and labor hours needed to dispose of the items. These charges can be paid for out of the funds generated by an estate or moving sale, or paid for out of pocket by the client.
